At Up & Running we offer several
different payment options for our customers to select from. There
are our standard rates for those see the Price
List, our retainer contracts and our special projects
retainers.
When you sign a contract with us you do not just get 5% or 10% off.
You get
50%
off our standard rate and you get to
keep that rate for as long as you are a customer and remain under
contract.
Regular Retainer Contract:
(Our Most Popular
Option)
The retainer contract
is written granting the client a certain number of hours within a
year at the current rate of $42.50 discounted from $85.00 per hour.
Client must pay the amount in
full at the time of the contract signing. As they use our services
the cost is deducted from their pre-paid retainer.
We require a minimum of 20 ($850.00)
hours for a 12 month retainer contract. We will perform maintenance,
make design changes, add new features, perform promotions and many
of our other web related services during that contract time frame as
defined by the needs of the client. We have several clients that
maintain a retainer contracts with us.

advance upon signing. Invoices sent after each task is performed

Special Projects Contract:
The special projects contract are written based on a special
project estimate for a client. Depending on the scope and project
length will set the rate and the terms for payment. However, most projects are
either 1/2 prior to project start and remainder on completion or 1/3
on project start, 1/3 on project goal date, 1/3 on completion.
