PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment for Non-Retainer Services
Payment is required in full at the time of service. We accept Credit
Card payments via Pay Pal or a Company Check. If paying by check please
make it payable to Up & Running Computer Services.
Payment
for Retainer Services
Payment is required in full upon contract signing or if the retainer
is on auto-renew before the last 5 hours are used in the previous
contract. We accept Pay Pal payments or Corporate Check If paying by check please make it payable to Up &
Running Computer Services. Payments made via Pay Pal need to
be made to
sales@upnrunning.com. Pay Pal accepts most credit cards and
electronic checks.
Payment for Hardware\Software
Payment is required in full prior to the purchase of the
hardware or software unless other arrangements have been
made. We accept Pay Pal payments or Corporate Check. If
paying by check please make it payable to Up & Running
Computer Services.
Payment
for Special Projects
Special Projects are defined as projects that are in excess of
$10,000 or at the discretion of Up & Running.
Payment is required in 2 installments of 2/3 before project starts
and the remainder prior to completion. For projects in excess
of $20,000 we would accept 3 installments of a third
each with the additional installment being received sometime towards
the middle of the project. We accept Corporate Checks. When paying by check please make it payable
to Up & Running Computer Services.
Collections
Client accounts that have delinquent balances for over 45 days are
sent to collections. At that
time the amount of the bill, plus interest of 21% APR and collection fees
are added to the amount due.
Unused Retainer Hours
We
make every effort to keep the clients appraised of the status of
their retainer contract. However, it is the responsibility of the
client to use the hours within the twelve month time frame. Hours
that are not used are forfeited.
Clients that let their contracts lapse will lose their lock on
contract rates. When they sign up for a new contract they will be
subject to the current retainer rate and terms.
