PRESENTATIONS FAQ

Our projects are created using the Microsoft Power Point 2002. The presentations we create are auto run and have the viewing software included. A normal presentation shows approximately 10 slides per minute and is about 5 minutes long. These presentations can be converted to VHS Video, DVD, VCD and to Web. They can be modified and changed  easily and are an economical way to get your message to the people.

Payment
We require payment in full for both the service and the media before the project is started. We accept PayPal and Company Checks. 

Production Services
To determine the amount for a project of this kind we quote you a price based on the number of minutes you want in the presentation.

Requirements for non-digital copy:

• All copy should be typed and verified for spelling and grammar.

• There will be an extra charge for transferring handwritten copy and we will only accept legible contributions.

Requirements for non-digital graphics:

• Photos and graphics that need to be rendered digitally need to be of adequate size and clarity for transfer .

• Depending on the quantity and type there may be an extra charge.

Requirement for digital copy:

• All copy should be verified for spelling and grammar.

• We prefer Microsoft Word but can accept most major Windows document applications.

Requirements for digital graphics:

• We prefer graphics in JPG format unless there is text included then the graphic should be GIF format.

• We can convert most any graphic to the proper format but depending on the quantity and type there may be an extra charge.

Project Schedule
Our normal production schedule is that a project will be ready for theme approval with 3-5 business days, timed proof within another 7-10 business days and completed version in an additional 5 business days, Once theme approval is done the theme cannot be changed without incurring additional charges. Overall projects are normally completed within 2-4 weeks. All original materials will be returned at the end of the project.

Rush Delivery
Depending on our production schedule we will attempt to accommodate rush projects for an additional 50% of production fee. Rush projects can be done within 3-5 business days. Subject to availability of client to approve proofs and our current production schedule.

Output
We will press up to 100 units at a time. For larger pressings we suggest a fulfillment center and we have a contact if you need one. You can also purchase a CD Writer for your own PC and the media and make your own copies or use a Video Duplication system and special shorter VHS tapes and make your own. We can help you find suppliers.
